SMART HOUSES

We are happy to introduce the SMART HOME MAINTENANCE PROGRAM. This consists of becoming a member with a one-time signup fee and a very low monthly payment which covers many of the handyman items.  This program was created to help homeowners save time and money.  It is a handyman service with unlimited calls for any minor maintenance repairs around your home.  We understand how important your home is therefore; we designed this program to help you literally save 100’s if not thousands of dollars yearly.

Serving the community is our priority, therefore; we help property managers and commercial buildings alike.  While the cost is a little different, the service is all the same.  With unlimited calls, you are in great hands.  Call us for more details on your commercial property.

While living in an apartment complex has its perks – for instance, there is always a maintenance technician on call – whenever something in the unit goes wrong all you do is call the office and they immediately send a technician to handle the situation.  We have brought the same concept to the homeowners. If your toilet leaks, a fixture needs replacement, your sink needs to be unclogged, or you simply need to assemble furniture; these are just a few of the many things that are covered under our Smart Home Maintenance Program.

You can place your work order through e-mail at info@qualityservicespro.com  or by going through our website www.qualityservicespro.com or by simply giving our office a call. Our preferred method is e-mailing to ensure that nothing is missed. Along with this letter is included a list of Smart Home items and a list of discounted services for being a member.

When requesting for an installation or replacement of bulbs, smoke detectors, fixtures, blinds, or any workorder that you place keep in mind that all material must be on site at the time of your appointment. No additional work may be added to the technicians for that assigned day due to other appointments on their list. Please place all work orders through e-mail and give us 24 hours to respond.  We do not provide landscaping services.

The program covers labor only, materials are not included. Homeowners will be responsible for providing all materials. We are happy to purchase the materials using your credit card on file with an additional travel fee if you are unable to get the materials for the day of the appointment.
With your Quality Services membership you will automatically get a 10% discount towards major projects such as painting, any type of renovation, drywall, etc.  If you are a veteran or in the military, you automatically get a 7% discount towards any project.

For a limited time, we are offering this program at a one-time signup fee of $99.00. The first charge will include the first month and the signup fee.

Note:

All payments are collected through automatic withdrawal from the homeowner’s bank account or credit card through a secured Portal with Authorize.net where you receive emailed receipts. Email your requests as needed. We will need at least 24 hours to respond. The Smart Home Maintenance Program only requires you to stay with the program for 6 months if you decide to cancel the program, before the six months there is a fee. After six months the program then becomes a month-to-month program that you can cancel at any time without hidden fees.  However, if you decide to opt out you will need to sign up again for $99 plus the monthly fee.
