Ms. Bianca Merida was born in Los Angeles, California but Alexandria VA is her home. It’s where she grew up. She graduated from TC Williams High School and has continued to learn and obtain skills in the work field ever since. She has stayed in the DMV area, where she is raising her young daughter, and has her family nearby. Her parents instilled a strong work ethic and are the people she looks up to the most. Ms. Bianca joined the Quality team in 2022 as the Office Manager and has learned so much in the time that she’s been with the company. She plans to continue learning as much as she can from Jenny and Nelson and to also have a helping hand in growing the business. Customer service is highly important to her and all of Quality’s customers mean a lot to her. She hopes to make a difference in this world by being kind and helpful, always. The opportunity she has been given at Quality Services will allow her to help people with maintaining something as important as their homes.
