Mrs. Jenny Arias was born and raised in Washington D.C. She has worked in various industries for-profit and non-profit as Assistant Property Manager, Paralegal, Executive Assistant to 2-star Generals, School Prevention Specialist, and currently a business owner as the Business Director for Quality Services LLC as well as a Real Estate Agent. She has helped build Quality Services, LLC since the pre-years. While still in college, she had a vision as well, to make Quality Services a dream come true by providing the best customer service to all customers and gaining a valuable reputation. After receiving her Bachelors’s from George Mason University and Master’s in Business from the University of Phoenix, Mrs. Arias has helped take Quality Services to another level. Mrs. Arias truly believes that believing with passion in what you do and building relationships as well as challenging your mind can be of great benefit to anyone, professionally and personally. Mrs. Arias is finishing her memoir and a customer service book. She believes that customer service should be taught in all businesses including the government. “She enjoys writing, reading, playing soccer, public speaking, and learning about the bible.”
