Ms.Lesbeth Flores was born & raised in Alexandria Virginia & is the only child of two immigrant parents. She graduated from West Potomac High School with an Advanced diploma. Before graduating high school, she knew she wanted to work alongside a successful entrepreneur that had lots of wisdom & knowledge to share. That is when she came across Quality Services & started working with them in the fall of 2022 as the administrative assistant. Working with Quality Services Lesbeth has learned a lot of core values about business & customer service. Her favorite part about working with Quality is being mentored by Jenny Arias about the importance of great customer service & the weight it carries to have a successful business. Her goal is to help expand the Smart Home Maintenance program as well as Qualities’ social media accounts. Outside of work, Lesbeth is an adventurous person who enjoys traveling & sightseeing places.
