Mr. Nelson A. Rodriguez moved to the United States as a young man from El Salvador in 1991 and already had a mentality of a Business Professional. His idea was to create and serve. His vision was a necessary commodity in the maintenance and home improvement industry. He asked, “What can I do to help and contribute abundantly as a citizen to this country?”. After arriving in the USA, Mr. Rodriguez worked as a porter and had his little side business as a wallpaper installer and carpet cleaner. Meanwhile, he managed to finish high school and then get his certifications in Maintenance, Refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrician, lead-based paint, and mold remediation. He moved up to maintenance technician, then finally Maintenance supervisor. While Mr. Rodriguez moved up the ladder he was building his idea and taking many leadership courses to improve in different areas of his life. After getting all his certifications and licenses he puts his plan to the test. Finally, in 2001 Quality Services, LLC was launched, and the rest is history. Mr. Rodriguez is married to his best friend and co-founder of Quality Services. He has a son, a daughter, and a granddaughter. He enjoys soccer, reading, and politics.
